Native Species (Autochthonous): These trees are crucial for maintaining the local biodiversity and supporting native wildlife. They include: Porras (Roble Sabana), Caimito, Guanacaste, Guanabana, Cocobolo, Cedro Amargo, Ron Ron, and Limoncillo.

Flowering Trees: Selected for their vibrant beauty and ability to attract pollinators, adding color and life to the landscape. These include: Malinche (small yellow), Malinche (small pink), Cortez Negro, Corteza Amarilla, Lorito, and Cassia fistula.
